Counselling is an art of listening and provides people the
opportunity to talk about their thoughts, feelings and time to self-reflect and think about their choices and behaviour that could be causing issues within their life. Counselling can help
people to make positive changes in their lives.
Often clients do not want to burden friends and family with
their problems, but may also need support and encouragement by an independent non-judgmental professional listening ear that maintains confidentially and who is not emotionally involved.
At Trinitas Clinic I am classed as an integrative counsellor -
this means I draw upon various psychological influences such a behaviourist, cognitive behavioural therapy, psychodynamic theory, humanistic theory, life coaching and many more. My methods of
counselling are solution focused and pro-active in nature.
